The pharmacy is focussed on convenience, open 365 days a year from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EVERY DAY on the southern boundary of the Toowoomba City CBD precinct.


Over the years, with increased space and staff, we have evolved into a pharmacy-led Community Health Solutions hub.


We are equipped with the most advanced available healthcare software and have embraced Extended Scope of Pharmacy Practice with Fred as a Prescribing Pharmacist.


We are here for you every day, providing convenient and trusted care whenever you need us.

Our Commitment

After several name changes and a final move into a 500m2 designed and purpose-built space in the new Bernoth Inspire South Centre on Ruthven Street in January 2021, the pharmacy became the Toowoomba Day & Night Pharmacy.


In October 2023, long-serving Manager Fred became Co-Owner and Managing Partner.

Today's Pharmacy

The original “7 day pharmacy” opened in 1996 in a 50m2 room co-located with a medical centre and other allied health providers in an old pub.


In 1998 the pharmacy relocated to an extension of the old building (now demolished) into a 150m2 space and was purchased by Ray and Melissa in July 2000.
