Nausea and vomiting may occur for a range of reasons and symptoms can vary in severity between individuals.


If symptoms are severe, persistent, associated with dehydration, severe abdominal pain, chest pain, fever, dizziness, blood in vomit or difficulty keeping fluids down, urgent medical assessment may be required.
